On Wednesday, August 19th, Jason Dohrmann was guest speaker at CEOSpaceLA – Beverly Hills Country Club. It was a capacity crowd and with plenty of cooperative networking.

Over the past five years, Mr. Dohrmann has assisted companies with financing large real estate transactions. After becoming a top producer for a San Francisco lender, Mr. Dohrmann launched J & B Capital Group Inc. where he created a team to broker the financing of high end commercial real estate deals. J & B successfully brokered over 100 million in financing in the first year of business. J & B quickly became a name synonymous with successful deals when they secured major projects such as the Universal City Hilton Hotel in Hollywood. J & B had the unique ability to match the needs of its high end clients with Wall Street sources of capital.
Recently, Mr. Dohrmann made a decision to return to CEO Space and give back to the organization that taught him the skills to create team and launch his business. He felt it was time to be of service to his community and peers and assist his father BJ Dohrmann, Chairman & Founder of CEOSpace to give back to entrepreneurs in creating a platform in which they can find solutions for their business and access to the necessary tools and teams they need to move their business to the next level.
Last year, when banks were sitting on the sidelines and Venture Capital was dried up, CEO Space raised over $3 Billion for its membership. This year, they have eclipsed that mark already.
